With the New Year now in full swing, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), Department of Transportation (DOT), and other governing officials have ushered in new regulations, revised rulings, and upcoming propositions geared at keeping the transportation industry aligned with the most recent safety standards.
