Fri, 2010-02-05

MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO November 19, 2009 – Shaw Tracking, a Shaw Communications Company (TSX: SJR.B and NYSE:SJR), the leader in mobile communications for the Canadian Transportation industry, today announced SLH Transport Inc. is the largest Canadian based fleet utilizing T2 Trailer Tracking Asset Management systems for it’s trailers.

“We continue to make the investment in trailer tracking to meet our long term business goals.  We have seen improvements in several operational areas since implementing in 2008 and continue to equip our trailers with T2.  In total we will have over 1,000 trailers equipped with trailer tracking,” said Brent Fowler, Vice President Administration., SLH Transport Inc. “With the activation of emergency trailer tracking we have been able to recover several stolen trailers, in one particular situation we were able to recover the full load as well as a brand new trailer.”

“Having trailer tracking has also provided us with a competitive advantage.  Our shippers are pleased with the added load security that we are able to offer them by knowing where their shipments are at all times,” continued Brent Fowler.

“SLH Transport is able to provide a superior customer service experience, which sets them apart from their competition,” said Mike Ham, Vice President Business Service, Shaw Tracking. “Shaw Tracking is committed to helping the industry achieve greater visibility, security and productivity in their fleets.  T2 Trailer Tracking will generate greater opportunities for fleets to make timely decisions in managing their trailer assets.”
